Interior renovation of a flat in the Eixample

Renovation of a property in Barcelona, located in Provença street, crossing with Diagonal Avenue, a great flat of the 30's.

The apartments of the building respond its own typology, with generous rooms placed in both façades, and a central area defined by a large corridor, full of dark rooms that ventilate to inner patios.

The intervention aims to focus on the large number of square meters that had fallen into a condition of marginality, and incidentally find a typological adaptation aligned with the requirements of modern life.
