Complete refurbishment of a hundred-year-old traditional village house with swimming pool to rent, located in the heart of the beautiful Baix Empordà region, between the sea and the mountains, in the Costa Brava's well-known "Golden Triangle". 

Here you can find the hospitality and charm of the area's characteristic “Cases de Pagès”, farmhouses made of stone and wood. The myriad of cosy corners in this property, its original stone oven, its watering trough, as well as its restored antique furniture, create the feeling of travelling back in time. All in a private and intimate atmosphere, tranquil and welcoming. 

The 400 m2 property consists of two parts: the main house and an old hay barn. It has a fantastic 30 m2 porch, which connects both buildings, and has a shady patio of façades covered with beautiful seasonal ivy. It also has a lovely intimate and sunny 90 m2 garden with an old lemon tree and a little swimming pool, overlooked by the ceramic latticework of the main house's balconies which are draped in violet bougainvillea.

Ca l'Agutzil sleeps a maximum of 12 people in its 5 cosy bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds, and the charm of the sloping roof and wooden beams typical of Catalan country homes.
