Elegant and well-lighted property in Barcelona
One Residence Bcn. New layout and completion of a corner flat
Interior remodelling and new layout for a flat located in a majestic building in Barcelona, which had a compartmentalised and maze-like interior. As the building is on a corner, the façade of the flat guarantees good natural light in its rooms.
The project originated from the need to produce a plan for a family with three children, prioritising the family meeting and living areas. The wet areas and secondary rooms are located in the interior area of the flat.
The colour white appears in all the rooms, maximising the flat’s natural light. The presence of hardwood, marble, mouldings and cornices add elegance to the rooms.
