Urban remodeling in Sant Feliu de Llobregat

This project is aimed at strengthening the neighbourhood’s connection with the city centre, as well as improving accessibility by eliminating architectural barriers and giving preference to pedestrians throughout the avenue, which will serve as a great central connecting axis in the city, fostering residents’ identification with the place.

The aim is to find a balance between hard and soft pavements in order to counter the hardness of the granite. Since this is the most important public space in the neighbourhood, leisure activities are concentrated here and the new facility is made a key element in uses of the square, fostering social cohesion.
