Single-family homes in Gualta. The luxury of living in l'Empordà
This project consists of 12 single-family homes located in the town of Gualta, in the heart of the Empordà region. Living in the Empordà region brings with it a philosophy of life that prioritises relaxation, wellbeing, respect for the environment and the surrounding nature. A slower pace of life, where you can take a stroll, chat and enjoy the natural environment.
We have designed rustic homes, which respond to the way of life within the Empordà region. Homes for enjoying the outdoors in summer and for cosy comfort in winter. Unique and exclusive luxury homes, designed with the environment in mind for a lifestyle centred around sustainability and wellbeing.
Indoors and outdoors coexist in harmony. The interior design adopts the raw and warm tones of the local stone and applies them to flooring, walls and textiles. Thus, the whole house has a unique soul, in harmony with the natural environment of the area.
The magic of the architecture and interior design of these homes is the perfect balance between traditional and avant-garde features, between simplicity and sophistication.
